This lightly sparkling wine produced in the Prosecco region of Italy presents a pale straw colour, complemented by subtle aromatic notes of peach, white nectarine, and pear. Aurora Lily is a fine Italian sparkling wine that is made from Glera grapes (previously known as Prosecco grapes). It is available on draught, which means that it is dispensed from a keg rather than a bottle. This allows it to be served fresh and with the perfect amount of carbonation.
Aurora Lily's draught sparkling wine is different from traditional bottled sparkling wines because it is served on tap. This means that the wine is kept under pressure in a keg and is served directly from the tap, allowing for a fresher and more consistent taste. Additionally, our wine is made with premium grapes and a unique blend of flavours, giving it a smooth and refreshing taste that is perfect for any occasion. Our commitment is to produce high-quality sparkling wine that upholds the standards of the traditional production method and is made using the same Charmat method as Prosecco. As we serve our wine on tap rather than bottling it, it doesn't meet all the specific requirements outlined by the Prosecco DOC Consortium. Consequently, we refrain from labelling it as Prosecco and instead refer to it as sparkling wine, accurately reflecting our distinctive serving approach.
It's crucial to note that our draught product, Aurora Lily, is not Prosecco and cannot be marketed as such in accordance with EU regulations. Mislabeling may result in legal consequences, as Prosecco holds a protected designation of origin (PDO). To avoid any potential legal issues, we strongly recommend accurately labelling and marketing our product as Italian sparkling wine.
